Become an Elk
Eligibility and Requirements
Prospected members must be sponsored by an existing Elk Member from any lodge. The Elk Member and the prospect must fill out an application together and submit it to the Secretary along with a $25 filing fee.

- April 1 thru March 31
- Lodge Meetings:
- 1st and 3rd Tuesday of every month at 7:00PM
- Initiation Fee
- B.P.O.E 804 dues
- $120.00 annually
- Grand Lodge and State assessment
- Between $10.00 and $15.00 annually.

Use of the Club facilities, activities and attendance at the Lodge is limited to “members in good-standing”. Non-use of the facilities does not qualify a member for suspension of dues and payments.
On Lodge nights there are drawings. A winning member must be present, have a valid and signed membership card and have purchased a $1.00 Laradon Hall ticket.
Drawings of the Laradon Hall tickets normally are held during the holidays. Winners sometimes receive either $5.00 and/or turkeys.
Delinquency notices are mailed semi annual to unpaid members. A final notice is mailed thirty days prior to the end of the membership year, informing the delinquent member that he must be dropped from membership if his dues are not paid.
If a member wishes to drop active membership in the Lodge, an “Absolute Dimit” is issued to a member in good standing. With the dimit, the member may reinstate in B.P.O.E. #804 or any other Lodge for a $10.00 fee plus dues. If a member moves to a different area, he may request a “Transfer Dimit” to another Lodge. The Secretary will assist, as necessary, in all membership matters.
